Each partner is a State-Certified General Appraiser within the State of Florida and a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). We strictly adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute.
As a firm, we maintain company standards of excellence and keep attuned to current developments within various real estate markets. Our partners hold individual memberships in the Appraisal Institute (AI), Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Society of Commercial Realtors (SOCR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Collectively, the partners have over fifty years of experience in the valuation and analysis of commercial real estate in Florida.
